Mhm, mhm. I get you. Mostly, this card exists to significantly boost the power of Vengeance (the Mundus mechanic), which requires opponents to play spells or activate abilities during your turn. I'll mess with it a little, give it more of a parasitic "punishment" vibe. and make it UB instead of B. Thank you!

Oof da. My only consolation is that I can stop the discard by destroying the creature. There are many times I'd gladly throw away a Lightning Bolt just to stop the random discard from happening.

In theory, white doesn't get unconditional creature exile (though this isn't always true in practice). I like the alternate cost, though. Would you consider limiting this to tapped creatures? That would absolve some of my reservations.

This doesn't seem black to me. I suppose if I had to put it in one color it would be blue, based on the first ability. The second ability could possibly be blue, but I think it might fit better in white.
