I'm imagining this as a cheaper battle mastery I can move around. Battle mastery was situationally playable, this will probably be a high pick? It's a good body and not a high cost for permanent double strike.

more or less. prayer is kinda of like an equipment that equips for {0} , but it also dies more easily.
