It's Keldon Champion without echo so it definitely should feel (too) strong.

Are you sure you weren't (even subconsciously) inspired by that card? It's strikingly similarly - creature types aside.

Take out the haste maybe? It already kinda attacks on arrival with the 3 direct damage.
