The way this is currently worded, the second half will never trigger. The damage will be marked but then the creature will still exist until the spell resolves and SBAs are checked.

changed {c} to {2}, changed nullify bonus to exile, added non-Spirit

getting rid of cheap nullify, and without it i feel better about opening this card up to other colours
