That is one very spicy combination of abilities. Particularly with " {u} , {t} : Draw a card", last seen on Mercurial Chemister. This actually looks possibly suited for mythic, to me.

I thought about it. But I think this is fine as a very pushed rare. It does need mana to be committed and it operates very well like an aetherling as it is one of those control finishers
