If you're designing this set with modern design conventions, I would like to point out that this would almost certainly say "nonland permanents," which ruins the three word aesthetic.

Exactly.

Modern design convention allows this effect (see: Worldfire). And white is secondary at destroy all lands behind red, being merely unable to destroy individual lands. This js a destroy everything effect, not a wrath of god variant.
