Yow. Yep, looks fine wording-wise. Very powerful, at least potentially. But I guess it's variable, like Persecute versus Fugue.

It's really not very white, though. Restricting it to white's enemy colours helps, but not enough. It's like red getting "destroy target white enchantment".
