Huh. Cipher for Tesla? What purpose would that be accomplishing in the set? I don't see any mention of cipher in the mechanics forum.

It wasn't from the forums, it was an idea I just had recently from a once over from the UW deck.

It gives the resistance a noncreature mechanic that REALLY pairs well with 1/1 fliers. It's also a mechanic not in white since I think most of the mechanics could arbitrarily be in white. I also think it's pretty flavorful as well.

This is definitely something that should be shared on the forum though

Decipher-ified. Not sure how I like it, especially since this is competing against an actual creature.

This may be better as a rare... Allows the Uncommon slot to be a creature.

Hm, I'm not sure. I think the gold uncommons should be build-arounds or otherwise pull you strongly into a particular archetype. I think Destructive Revelry very much failed at that, but a strong card-advantage decipher card would pull you towards evasion and control which seems like a fine plan for a {u}{b} uncommon.
