Sounds good, but I'm put off by having only one white mana in the cost for both artifacts and enchantmentsc at common.
As in, you think it's too good? Really? Most decks will either have a lot of artifacts, or a lot of enchantments, not both - so this card affecting both only increases the diversity of decks which can use it, not its power level in a deck that can use it. And really, it's just a lifegain spell (and sorcery speed at that). I don't think it's a problem.
It's funny that this is what you guys have picked up on this card. For me, I'm driven a little buggy by the flavor text. I know the author of this card wants it to have colloquial charm, but the writer in me wants to stab the words "Yeah, really and innit" with an eraser. Why I'm obsessing about that is far beyond me...
As for Casting Cost, this card smeems, to me to be one of those rare examples of a card that can have a casting cost ranging from
to

, and it would still seem appropriate. Maybe not if the set had a ton of "Artifact Enchantments" in it, I suppose. But other than that, it kind of does the same thing at any speed.
