While triggers that only happen on death are cool for creatures which interact with the board in multiple ways, the same cannot be said for noncreature artifacts.

I suggest a ETB/Death trigger like Blueprints or Ichor Wellspring.

This card is worded in a very complex/unusual fashion for a quite straightforward effect. Also since it does not use "Reveal cards [...] until [something happens]" technology it can actually end up in an infinite loop if there are no more permanents left in your library.

That would be a stupid way to end up in a draw.

The complexity is rare.

The end result is redundant with (((Malleable Myr))), Blueprints & Modular Thopter.

It also steps on the toes of Massey, Engine Manager.
