Yow. So even if you cast it with a board full of dragons, it's a Barter in Blood that only makes you sac 1 creature rather than 2. If you cast it with a board full of tokens, it's a Barter in Blood that gives you a 6/6 flyer for free. And then you can tutor up your best 4-drop. Um, I think this card needs to change. It's costed as if that ability is a drawback, but it's not.
