Strictly worse than Vivid Marsh, I think? But that's probably okay because the Vivid lands were very strong.
Also strictly worse than Crumbling Necropolis, however, which is a little unfortunate.
I clicked on this and immediately thought "too much text for a common." Too weak for a higher rarity, and the idea is neat, but I don't think it looks very good
