I think this and Gedthrall Stonemason are too similar. Two {r}{u} rare creatures with "{1}: Target artifact something something"? Make one of them tap, or move one into the next or previous set, or something. Animating artifacts for just {1} is very cheap - compare Karn, Silver Golem, who can be quite the beating in the right deck.
