Two changes: I didn't like it could deal with enchantments and noncreature artifacts. And I wasn't sure its effect alone justified the 3 mana cost, so now it also has a more general effect.

I'm not sure that change was necessary. Black gets to remove counters from anything: Vampire Hexmage, Aether Snap, Hex Parasite.
