Added a "For artifacts" clause. Suddenly got a lot better in eternal formats, also is great at hosing all the gold running around. Doesn't matter too much for W/B archetype since you're holding onto that gold anyway.

Making it slightly less busted by lowering the sacrifice clause and changing it to be only for artifacts.
