i feel like white should get some good anti-reanimation cards on occasion, since reanimation is one of their enemy colors' things.

You'll never be able to carry out the "if you do" instruction unless this card itself died at the same time, since the first ability makes the exile an impossible action.
Maybe "If a creature would die, instead you may exile it. etc." The abilities only seem rare to me.
