Hasty flash, and an extra toughness is quite a useful upgrade over Prodigal Sorceror / Prodigal Pyromancer ; but I guess being more expensive by {r/u} allows that.

Odd though, modernly - there's nothing blue in this any more. Just remembrances of the Tim.
