Kind of going for a usable, but not broken Ugin's Nexus

Replacement effects can't target, but the top ability still works (sortof) if you remove the word "target". I think this goes infinite with Prototype Portal? (Not sure if you'd consider that "broken" or not.)

I like the flavour of this!

And infinite with Timesifter, though I'm not sure if that's a problem or not.

It doesn't really make a big difference over things that just stop opponents taking extra turns, since most things that give them extra turns they can just not use.

I don't think it goes infinite; it just flips it so that the player who shows the lower card goes first. Which in practice is no difference.

The "another" in this does need sorting out, to cope with mutiplayer though. Controller of the artifact chooses which other player? Controller of the effect that grants the turn?

Kiiind of a shame it has the second ability though; because it'll get mainly used for that, rather than the first.

Maybe consider just "{t}: Take an extra turn after this one. This ability cannot be copied." ? Obviously, without something else to suppress the first ability, that's kinda silly and useless. Except in multiplayer. Except if you have two in play. Except except :)

Oh, sorry, yes, technically "another target player", I was assumed the wording was changed so it simply said "and you take an extra turn instead", since that's what you usually want, and preventing YOU taking extra turns is the sort of downside side-effect wizards usually don't print.

And yes, good point, this has two jobs: give you an extra turn, and stop other players taking extra turns, but that's a lot more niche.

Well the original Ugin's Nexus has three jobs, really: give you an extra turn, hose other players' extra turns, but also make it harder for you to take infinite turns. The top ability here appears to be trying to do something like this, but in a rather excessively confusing way.

Ok, taking this in another direction - in Discworld, Procrastinators are used to store up unused time (the example given is borrowing time from the bottom of the ocean, where it isnt being used) and reassigning that time to somewhere where it can be used.

Oh, lovely. This is a really nice implementation of that flavour.

I don't think the "can't be copied" rider is necessary now, and it's taking up extra space. Possibly this doesn't need to be legendary any more either.

This is crazy good in big chaos games (it'd probably be immediately banned in Commander), but you don't really need to worry about that.
