Trying out my latest ablity, limiting damage to printed power as otherwise it gets too strong. And yes,I know the ability already exists in a form.

I think you want base power, now that it's a defined term in the rules. (I'm still salty about that.) Turn to Frog effects can change base power, but at least pump spells don't.

Upon review, it's not really an ambush, since the opponent knows it's there when they attack. The mechanic is fine (though it may lead to ground stalls), but the name isn't quite right.

other idea was a reverse dash where you play this from hand for its ambush cost to block an attacker.
