I have been working on getting better with naming things. The question is...

Is this card balanced and strong enough without ousting Nightmare from it's spot in play?

Seems fine. Only oddity is the difference between {5} {b} {b} to cast and {6} {b} to... "unrest"? The restless ability kinda wants to be named with a verb. Anyway, there'll virtually never be a situation where you're using this card, and paying 7 mana, without two of it being black; so standardise the costs one way or the other.
