It's One Dozen Eyes as an instant. Or Elephant Ambush updated for modern creature strengths. Actually, I think a 4/4 flash for {3}{g} is stronger than green would typically get below rare. At common that'll be a monster. Albeit one that everyone can see coming if the opponent passes with 4 mana up... but still, everyone walked into Elephant Ambush back in the day because it was all you could do.

So yeah, I think at least the 4/4 side of this needs to either shrink or be more expensive. (Or become a sorcery - that'd work too.)

I'll up the cost of the 4/4 side. For it to truely be One Dozen Eyes I'd have to give it fuse. But yeah.
