Hmm. There are a couple of problems here: 1) "three or more creatures an opponent controls die in combat" isn't actually a well-defined concept. What happens if two die one combat and two the next? What happens if one dies in first strike damage, one to a Doom Blade, and one in regular combat damage? 2) When this transforms, it won't gain the loyalty counters, so it'll go to a graveyard as an SBA for having no loyalty.
I suggest you fix both of these at the same time, by saying:
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies in combat, put a loyalty counter on ~. Then if ~ has four or more loyalty counters, transform it.
I do love the way the planeswalker abilities mirror his creature abilities.
Ok Fixed. Thank you for the wording fix. And I spent like 20 minutes going back and forth with the abilities on either side trying to get them lined up and balanced.
