Since you've needed both colours to cast her, not much point the ability costing hybrid. Might as well activate for {1}{b}{r}.

Does she need to fly as well as being able to kill two creatures a turn?

Not a fan of the template. Why do you get to choose on resolution which creature gets which? I prefer "Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each Swamp you control. ~ deals 1 damage to another target creature for each Mountain you control."

Do the abilities need to be so similar? The swamp ability is generally so much better.
