the head token is my take on the single sentence of lore I could find on the umapariq.

Originally I wanted the ability to be "Whenever an opponent discards a card creatures you control gain intimidate UEOT Whenever a creature you don't control dies put a +1/+1 counter on all creatures you control."

Which would have been fine, but I remembered that creature needed flying since the Umapariq is supposed to be a disembodied head.
