Wow. That's quite a beating. 2 power haste on a 1-drop I think has only been seen before on Goblin Guide? But it's a pretty effective drawback... hmm. Don't know whether this is too good, or just exciting enough in the right way for the target audience.

I could see this being rare, at least.
