How about "whether another Aura ETBs, you may have ~ become a copy of that Aura and gain this ability." The gaining/keeping all of the abilities might get weird/break things... I'd have to comb the gatherer. At the very least it might be weird with bestow creatures.

Bleh, addressing comments isn't working.

Don't I need to make it enchant creature rather than aura due to auras that enchant other things? I think I changed it to what you suggested. The card's concept is simple, but I want to keep the wording down.

Well, there's no harm in letting someone copy an aura that can't enchant creatures, since this would then just fall off. But Wizards might very well add "whenever an Aura ETBS attached to a creature..."
