I like this a lot in theory, but it has a few issues. The first is that it shouldn't cost only one mana. The second is that it doesn't fit as a {b/g} hybrid. It doesn't fit in any one color, really, in a set where the normal color pie isin use. It's {w}{b} (not {w/b}), though it could possibly be {w} in, say, New Phyrexia, where all the colors leaned toward black.

Yowch. Yes, putting -1/-1 counters on arbitrary creatures definitely requires black, and also definitely needs to cost more than {1}. Making large swathes of creatures unable to attack or block is white; Kulrath Knight is a weird colour-pie-breaker who shouldn't be used as precedent.

Even though it costs 1, it's an exceptionally poor turn 1 play. All the opponent has to do is pass back at their next turn without dropping a creature, and it automatically kills itself.
