Mmm. First ability is Disperse. Every thing after that is just bonus toppings.

This is fairly reasonable now. Comparable to Vapor Snag: Disperse rather than Unsummon, and 2 life rather than 1. And if you hit a stupid opponent (or one on less than 3 life) then it's stupendous, but you can't really bank on that.
