Moderately similar to Ashiok. The fact that the middle ability doesn't synergize with the ultimate bothers me.

Yes it's similar Ashiok came out well after I made this (I'm slowly archiving my old creations here. This one was just after MSE added the PW template.) I'm not sure how shuffling something into the library helps the ultimate ability.

edit: oh doesn't, Well I didn't think that a -2 ability of that strength should help the ultimate ability.
