Yikes! This is a lot more powerful than any previous lifegain trigger has been. Perhaps this could have "you may pay up to {x}" like Well of Lost Dreams did?

While giving it an activation life Well of Lost Dreams I want the effect to be all or nothing, so that if you gain a lot of life in one go you might risk having to shrink or kill your own creature/s.

I think that I will take off lifelink though. Should I also make the creature a little smaller?
