­Intangible Virtue onna stick. Seems fine, but perhaps overcosted for a Runeclaw Bear + Intangible Virtue.

The closest card is Phantom General. For en extra {g}, you gain vigilance but lose 1 toughness. There's not much green about this, either.

I originally made it green due to feeling odd about having a mono-white Elf. Changed it some to make it more green and gave it a rarity.
