I knew I was overlooking something obvious...
"Perfect colour fixing" but only at a tax of per spell. I think that's reasonable.
If the intent is flash, is there any problem with saying ",: The next spell you cast this turn can be cast as though it has flash" like on Quicken?
I prefer that to paying X and then casting a spell costing X because that seems more complicated, and has lots of edge cases like no-mana-cost spells. Although I agree colour fixing for 2U is reasonable, if you want to do that.
