­{u}{2} the next spell you cast has flash? Seems fair, since the Orrery makes that a permanent effect.

...Hmm, it also does perfect colour fixing for you. Not sure that's quite so sensible.

I knew I was overlooking something obvious...

"Perfect colour fixing" but only at a tax of {3} per spell. I think that's reasonable.

If the intent is flash, is there any problem with saying "{2}{u},{t}: The next spell you cast this turn can be cast as though it has flash" like on Quicken?

I prefer that to paying X and then casting a spell costing X because that seems more complicated, and has lots of edge cases like no-mana-cost spells. Although I agree colour fixing for 2U is reasonable, if you want to do that.
