Attacks unblocked, or deals damage? Because at the moment you have to pump its power for it to do anything; if that's deliberate I'd like to see it at least 0/3.

My intention was that you have to either pump it or give it a way to {t} deal 1 damage to something. I think I will up the toughness though.

It can probably go down to {1}{u} or {u}{u}, but that would depend entirely on the environment

I'm not sure what environment this would go in yet. But as a 0/3 I'm guessing that it should be {u}{u} to be safe.
