Ouch.
I know this is supposed to be a cube, which makes this effect much more fair. But, in the real world, this would be a hard lock against a lot of decks as soon as you played your [artifact that sacrifices a creature] and your [creature that returns itself from the graveyard, or enchantment that puts a token creature into play every turn]. 3 card combos aren't broken. But when you can play 12x two of the pieces, it becomes problematic.
Soultrack only works once (like rebound), so at most you're taking away two turns from your opponent.
I'm working on fixing the reminder text so that it's louder. :)
