You realize this doesn't make the spell that you cascade into have cascade, right?
Is there a wording that I could use to get that effect?

This compares... interestingly to Maelstrom Nexus.
Thank you for catching the edit mistake. And yes it does compare interestingly. I also forgot to make it rare. But I'm not sure what the cost of making the next spell have cascade should be. too high and it's a junk rare, too low and it's way broken. Maelstrom Nexus is a one time cost, this is pay for the effect. Not sure how strong it would really be.

Yes but that can get very expensive. More so since you'll want to use it on your more costly spells. I'm thinking about making it only affect instants and sorceries.
