Seems a lot more expensive than it need to be. Compare Earsplitting Rats, Rotting Rats, Serum Raker.

Given your examples it seems to be only costed a little more than it needs to be. And the it's faster and easier to splash than the only flyer you referenced. I'll be tweaking it to discard on both the entering and leaving the battlefield.
