Hee. Really cool with Howling Mine :) Reminds me of Mind's Eye a bit, but with a hefty discount to make up for not working on the first draw of the turn.
It's true, it is quite good with Howling Mine. Without something like that, it's quite niche, which is why I gave it the cost I did.
Would probably go in every Nekusar EDH deck.
