A Staggershock that deals 5 on the rebound rather than 2? For {r}{r}{r} at mythic, that's probably fair.

Note that this is much more powerful, easily repeatable burn than we've yet seen even on Planeswalkers that cost 4 or 5 mana.

Hmm I'll change the first ability to only hit creatures. Also we've not seen a red PW that deals direct damage with a + plus ability start at 2 loyalty.
