EDH politics inspires the 'Share land'! So many times I've been allied with somebody, wishing I could donate a few mana so they could Wrath of God or some other mutually beneficial bomb.

Reminds me of Spectral Searchlight. Which at the time was a nice dangerous pinger as well, but then manaburn disappeared.

I feel that this should borrow the wording from Spectral Spotlight so that it's actually a mana ability and so it can get around Leyline of Sanctity.
