I'll point out something I point out to every designer I meet when I see their designs out of connect and before I get to know their style: Shroud has been phased out in favor of hexproof. If you're trying to design to Wizard's current ideals, use hexproof. If not, that's fine, too.
I could see this fitting quite well as an artifact from Esper.
Noted! That's not too big a change.
Shroud -> Hexproof
Hmm. So it's a two-mana gold 1/1, that... can be indestructible and hexproof. But still only 1/1. What's it for?
I guess it's a cheaper version of Darksteel Myr, as long as some artifacts are dying? Or I guess it wears equipment and auras quite well?
Still a somewhat confusing card.
Eh, an indestructible hexproof thing is VERY potent.
I would also argue that putting charge counters on a creature is likely to be a bit confusing; they normally go on inanimate artifacts.
Still; nice flavour, scarily potent card. Probably needs upcosting; since all the answers to indestructible can't answer this any more.
removed Hexproof and renamed the counter to exclude counter-transfer shenanigans
Oracle-style reword (gains -> gets)
I was wrong! Creatures 'gain' keywords but 'get' P/T modifications.
