Some of us are good at templating; some of us have excellent rules knowledge; some of us have a knack for flavour; others can cost spells at a glance.

Allow users to have (self-assigned, or given by others) titles such as "Templating Editor", "Rules Guru". Maybe pre-defined titles, maybe freedorm; I haven't worked that out.
