Because this targets any nonland permanent it feels far more white compared to blue. Blue gets freeze effects for creatures and bounce effects for permanents but never gets such good removal for any nonland permanent.

Yeah; blue isn't really allowed to kill off an enchantment that way. (Though it's more allowed to mess with them than black or red is; so if there's a good in-set reason it could happen.)

Hm, the enchantment part is a problem. Unfortunately, just slapping "nonenchantment" on there makes it read incredibly awkward. I guess it could be "enchant creature or artifact".
