oooh, semi-epic. That's an interesting space. A perfect 2-drop, but a pain in the ass later in the game. I like it.
I do wish the rules allowed for a condensing of the first 2 lines of rule text...

"You may only cast Pyropunch as your only spell that turn." is a bit shorter, and probably covers it. (Make it reminder text for a keyword and you can get away with not spelling everything out, I think.)
Rock Jockey spelled out both halves of it. But it benefitted from competing with a really-only-sorcery-speed-ever action (playing a land). I think Vitenka's being somewhat overoptimistic here and you probably do need the rules text for both halves spelled out. (What happens if I try to cast an instant before this resolves? Is it prohibited, and if so, how? By the rules of the game?)
As you might be able to tell by teh discussion above, the original version had the Rock Jockey template. Vitenka's version is an attempt at spelling that in a single sentence, it's intended to have the same meaning.
