Seems rather worse than Recover. I know black is primary in this effect and green definitely isn't, but still.

Edit: Wait, this is any card. Oh, cool. Cost seems fine then (Recollect +1 for conditional cantrip), but the rarity is a little unusual: all Recollect variants I can remember have been uncommon or higher.

I know, and I'm really not in love with this card, especially since I might still put it as a WG multicolor card anyway (this was originally "return a creature gain life equal to its power").
