Why is green suddenly hosing red?

Regeneration can hose burn spells too. This is a very indirect opposition to red spells. There are cards of other color that this protects again (shrapnel trap, vampire's hunger, etc).

Also, this card is not efficient enough to be usable against burn spells in constructed.

It also stops the lethal Fireball pointed at your face. That's a pretty big upgrade from Fog.

It has a good niche usage in sideboards for limited. Sounds good to me.
