Turns any Island into a Svyelunite Temple, any Plains into a Ruins of Trokair, etc. Nice.

Well.. almost. You're tapping two lands, sacrificing one. Assuming you tap the target too, it's 3 mana of the land you're sacrificing, but at the cost of tapping this (instead of getting {1} from it) So, astonishingly, it's not quite as colour flexible as the Fallen-Empires lands. I liked those lands.
