The +1 is fine.

The 0 is kinda... I dunno, boring. You could do something cool and make this 0 a Force Spike, and have it be the first Planeswalker ability activatable as an instant.

The ultimate is fine, too.

Maybe all in all I would reduce the cost of this one by 1 generic mana? I dunno, just doesn't seem powerful enough to have a cmc of 4.

1UU does seem fine for her, though maybe you didn't want the overlap with the Jace.

There's a reason Planeswalker abilities aren't instant-speed, by the way. It's called "the rules."

And cards have the ability to circumvent "the rules" with their own printed text. If they didn't, almost every card in Magic wouldn't be able to be printed.

Some rules are more pliable than others. The rule about not being able to play lands (as opposed to just putting lands into play) during someone else's turn, for example, is pretty airtight. The one about timing restrictions for loyalty abilities is almost as tough to crack, especially when you need to keep the word count down.

I think you guys are underestimating the Crystal Shard ability, it's fairly potent (although since I cut the pseudo-mulldrifter, maybe not so much).

I shall maker her cost 1UU, however, as none of these abilities are too oppressive, and it's pretty easy to answer her.
