This reads like a really costly charm. But that first mode is somewhat terrifying. Seven cards a turn, assuming you've got a madness enabler of some kind.

I love'ma Damia, its true ^_^

I guess it might be OP, being a Planeswalker...fixing.

Changed it from draw, to 1card graveyard->library shuffle

Shuffle every turn is worth avoiding if possible - see the recent discussions on Deep Sea. Could this say "Put up to one target card from any graveyard on the bottom of its owner's library"?

It could...but that seems boring. Also, I must adhere to my personal EDH philosphy, "Everyturn I'm shufflin"

Well, it's something you have to choose to do to yourself - not something you're inflicting on another. And EDH really wants to not put stuff on bottom; as that's really permanent removal.

So while shuffling continually is annoying - it's probably something a set can have a tiny bit of.

Well, there was Journeyer's Kite, pretty much shuffle whenever there was 3 mana up.

That same set gave us Sensei's Divining Top, a card that needed to be banned in a number of formats because it was wasting too much time. What a harsh reason to be banned...

Anyhow, I'm not pro or anti shuffling. I don't think the point is that continuous shuffling is always wrong, so much that many people don't like it, so we should be sensitive about it.

In the case of Journeyer's Kite, however, the alternative would have been flipping cards off the top of the deck until a basic land appeared, then putting the rest on the bottom of the deck. That would have taken up more time then looking, removing, then shuffling, so Wizards went with the thing that wastes less time. It's not really a good precedent.

But as far as I'm concerned, this is an expensive 3 color Planeswalker, and, as Vitenka pointed out, it's something you do to yourself, and occasionally, you just use the -3 twice and shuffle once. That seems acceptable as a 'shuffle every turn outlet'. The game could use a few of those anyways. It's not like we're talking about an uncommon that will pop up in every third draft. We aren't even talking about a 'fun' Mythic rare... the card seems to be geared toward casual Spikes, and those players love to shuffle.

Okay, fair points.

But actually, that's a good point - that + ability does far too little for a 7-mana gold walker. It could easily have ", then draw a card" on it. Compare with the + abilities on the other 7 mana planeswalkers, Karn Liberated and Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker.

If it's a "Do nothing" ability that's just there to charge it up, I'd make it a "+1" with "Put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker".
Make it really obvious (and let people try to think up obscure interactions to make it work betterer)

I like Alex's point, I think I'll add draw a card onto it.

Also changed the third ability from "each" to "each other"
