Yes Kaalia is a great WBR commander and so is Tariel, Reckoner of Souls. But for those who can't afford to get the Mythic Rares and haven't been lucky enough to pull one (or can't get the commander theme decks) she is a cheaper option. Really need a WUBRG Legendary Angel though :)

Hmm. I have a feeling the Magic community as a whole would be more interested to see a {w}{b}{r} commander exploring a different kind of space to Kaalia, Tariel or Oros. Since those are the only three WBR commander candidates ever. Especially since there have been quite a few red-white legends printed recently as well.
