Ooh, I quite like that. It punishes decks which rely on library manipulation without outright hosing every card (eg. fetchlands)

­:) But New Frontiers is optional, so they can always just not search, and you could just have played "T2: Llanowar Elves, T3 Explosive Vegetation"...

­Maralen of the Mornsong would work; it lets the opponent search too, but you're outdrawing them two-to-one and they're losing life as well.

You'd ideally have something like "at the beginning of each player's upkeep, they search their library for a basic land card and put it into their hand", but I couldn't find it on gatherer.
